Who we are
Poco Bear is operated by Rikki Mobile Ltd (“we”, “us”). This page explains what information we collect on pocobear.com and how we use it.
What we collect
When you join the waitlist, we collect the email address you submit. That’s it — no names, no addresses, no payment details.
How we use it
We use your email address to let you know when Poco Bear is available and to send occasional updates about him. We won’t sell your email address or share it with anyone for their own marketing.
Who processes it
Waitlist emails are stored and sent through Kit (kit.com), our email service provider, acting as a data processor on our behalf. Our website is hosted on Vercel.
Analytics
We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the site (for example, which pages are viewed and roughly where visitors come from). Google Analytics uses cookies and collects data in aggregate; it does not give us your identity. You can opt out with browser settings or Google’s opt-out tools. We also use Microsoft Clarity to understand how the site is used (heatmaps and anonymized session replays — for example, how far visitors scroll); this data is aggregated and doesn’t identify you either.
Unsubscribing
Every email we send includes an unsubscribe link. Click it and you’re out — no hard feelings (Poco may sulk briefly).
Your rights
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the information we hold about you at any time by emailing hello@pocobear.com.
